Download your e-certificate

Once an event ends and the organiser publishes its certificate, you can download your e-certificate as a PDF from the Pulse app. This page shows you how.

Download your certificate

1. Open the event in the Pulse app. Go to the event’s page, or find your registration under My registrations and open the event from there.
2. Open the certificate page. From the event page, open the certificate link for the event. If you are in My registrations, open the certificate option for that registration. The certificate page is available per event, for example https://pulse-ucare.my/events/{slug}/certificate.
3. Download or email your certificate. On the certificate page, choose download to save the PDF, or send it to your email if you prefer a copy there.

Note

A certificate appears on the certificate page only after two things happen: the event has ended, and the organiser has published the certificate. If you do not see it yet, the organiser may not have published it — check again later.
