Add your ticket to Google Wallet

You can save your Pulse ticket as a pass in Google Wallet. The pass stays on your phone and opens in the Google Wallet app, so you can still show your QR code at the venue even with a weak or missing signal.

Add your ticket to Google Wallet

1. Open your ticket. Open the ticket link from your confirmation email, or find your registration under My registrations in the Pulse app.
2. Add the pass. Use the Add to Google Wallet option on your ticket. The option appears on the ticket page when the event supports wallet passes.
3. Confirm in Google Wallet. Google Wallet opens and asks you to confirm. Your pass is now saved on your device.
4. Open the pass later. Find the pass in the Google Wallet app, even when your phone is offline.

Tip

Save the pass before you travel to the venue, not at the door. If the network is weak at the venue, the pass still opens because it is stored on your phone.

The pass shows the same QR code as your ticket. Venue staff scan it the same way at check-in.
