Certificate troubleshooting

This page helps you fix common problems with event e-certificates on Pulse. If your issue is not covered here, contact the event organiser or the Pulse office.

Work through this checklist:

  • Was your check-in recorded? Attendance is recorded when event staff scan the QR code on your ticket. If you were not checked in, the organiser may not see you as attended.
  • Has the event ended? Certificates are usually available only after the event finishes.
  • Did the organiser publish the certificate? The organiser decides when the certificate is available. If it is not published, no participant can see one yet.
  • Did you meet the event’s conditions? Eligibility is set by the organiser and can vary per event. See Certificate eligibility.
  • Contact the organiser. If everything above looks fine, the organiser is the right person to ask — they decide eligibility and publishing.

Temporary issues can stop a download. Close the certificate page and open it again after a short wait.

Some browsers block PDF downloads or open them in preview instead. Try another browser or a different device.

A weak connection can interrupt the download. Connect to a stable network and try once more.

Pulse does not edit certificates. Certificates come from the organiser, so only the organiser can correct the details.

Contact the organiser directly and let them know which detail is wrong. They can fix the certificate and publish it again.

If the organiser cannot help, or the problem is with Pulse itself, contact the Pulse office at 03-5544 3858.
