Group registration

Some events let you register a whole group in one order — for example you and a few colleagues or friends. This page explains how group registration works and what each person receives.

With a group registration, one person — the registrant — submits the order for everyone. The group has one registrant but each attendee is registered separately inside that order, and each attendee receives their own ticket.

You register a group the same way you register yourself, but you set the quantity to the total number of attendees.

  1. Open the event page. Find the event in the Events listing and open it.
  2. Choose a ticket type, if the event has one. Pick the ticket that applies to the group.
  3. Set the quantity to the number of attendees. Use the + button to raise it — for example a quantity of 5 means yourself plus 4 guests. The page shows the total cost as you adjust it. If the event only accepts individual registrations, the quantity stays at 1.
  4. Continue to the registration form. Tap Continue to open the confirmation page.
  5. Fill in the details for every attendee. The first attendee is you, with your details taken from your profile. Each guest after that has their own set of fields — full name, email, and any questions the organiser added. You need these details ready before you start.
  6. Review the order summary. It lists the number of attendees and the total fee, or Free when no fee applies.
  7. Submit the order. Confirm the details and submit. If the event is paid, complete the payment as described on the paid events page.

Once the order is confirmed, guests do not need to do anything to receive their tickets — the confirmation email arrives at the email address you entered for them.

If a guest has a Pulse account, they can also find the event under their own My registrations when they sign in with the same email address.

As the registrant, you see the whole order under My registrations on the Events page at https://pulse-ucare.my/events?tab=registrations, including the number of tickets in it.

Each ticket in the order can be transferred on its own. If you need to change an attendee’s name or email after submitting, contact the organiser — registrations cannot be edited after they are submitted.

Check every attendee’s email carefully before you submit. A duplicate email — one already registered for the event — causes the whole submission to fail.
