Email & notifications
Pulse sends emails to participants automatically at key points in the registration journey. This page explains when emails go out and what you can control as an organiser.
Emails Pulse sends automatically
Section titled “Emails Pulse sends automatically”Pulse emails participants at these points:
- Registration confirmation — when a registration is confirmed, the participant receives a confirmation with their ticket details.
- Payment — for paid events, participants get updates when a payment is received, and manual transfer payments are confirmed once you verify them.
- Approval — when your event requires approval, Pulse emails the participant when you approve or reject their registration.
- Reminders — participants receive reminders as the event approaches.
- Welcome — participants may receive a welcome email with event details before the event.
Emails come from Pulse, so participants see Pulse as the sender. The emails contain the information they need — ticket, QR code, dates, and venue.
What you can do as an organiser
Section titled “What you can do as an organiser”Where your event allows it, you can manage emails from the organiser dashboard:
- Open the event dashboard. Sign in at https://pulse-ucare.my, open your event page, and go to its dashboard.
- Open the email or notifications area. Find where emails are managed for the event.
- Trigger or review emails. Send updates to participants or check what has been sent, where the option is available.
Most emails run on their own. You mainly need to act when something changes — for example, confirming a manual payment or notifying participants about a change to the event.
When participants contact you
Section titled “When participants contact you”Participants can contact the event organiser from the event page. Reply to them directly — Pulse does not route replies back to the automatic emails. For billing or platform questions, contact the Pulse office at 03-5544 3858.
