Your ticket & QR code
Your ticket is your entry pass to an event. This page explains when you get it, what it shows, and how to keep it safe.
Get your ticket
Section titled “Get your ticket”Your ticket appears only after your registration is confirmed. If the event needs approval, wait until the organiser approves your registration first.
- Check your confirmation email. The email you receive after confirmation includes a link to your ticket. The link opens your ticket page at
https://pulse-ucare.my/ticket/{code}where{code}is the unique code for your registration. - Open the ticket from the app. Sign in to the Pulse app and open your registration under My registrations. Your ticket is attached to the registration record.
What your ticket shows
Section titled “What your ticket shows”Your ticket page shows your QR code together with the event details:
- Event name, date and time
- Venue and any seat or table assigned to you
- Your name as registered
The QR code on your ticket is what venue staff scan at check-in. You do not need to refresh or regenerate it — the code on your ticket is the one scanned at the venue.
Keep your QR code private
Section titled “Keep your QR code private”Do not share your ticket QR code publicly. Treat it like a physical ticket — anyone who has it could check in as you. Posting it on social media is the same as handing your ticket to a stranger.
A screenshot of your ticket is fine as a personal backup. Store it somewhere only you can see, and show the live ticket page when you check in.
