Room details
Some events include accommodation. If yours does, Pulse needs three things from you before it can assign a room: your gender, your room type, and — for a shared room — who you are sharing with.
Room types
Section titled “Room types”- Single room — a room to yourself.
- Twin sharing room — shared with one other participant of the same gender.
- Family room — shared with the partner you registered with, regardless of gender.
You pick your room type when you register for the event. If you registered before this step existed, or the organiser added you to the list, Pulse asks you to complete it the next time you sign in.
Complete your room details
Section titled “Complete your room details”- Sign in. If Pulse needs room details from you, it takes you straight to the Room details page at
https://pulse-ucare.my/room-detailsbefore you can use the rest of the app. - Confirm your gender. Choose the gender used for room sharing. It is shown to the accommodation team only.
- Choose your room type. Pick single, twin sharing, or family.
- Enter who you are sharing with, if you picked a shared room. Use your partner’s or family member’s ticket code. Their ticket must be for the same event, and both of you must be confirmed.
- Save. Your details go straight to the accommodation team, and the request appears on your ticket under Room request.
See what you submitted
Section titled “See what you submitted”Open your ticket at https://pulse-ucare.my/ticket/{code}. The Room request line shows the room type and the ticket code you linked to.
