Register for an event

This page walks you through registering for an event as an individual. Registering several people at once works differently — see Group registration.

Before you start

You need to be signed in to the Pulse app with your account. Your profile details, such as your name and email, are used to fill in your registration, so make sure they are up to date first.

Register yourself

1. Open the event page. Find the event you want and open it from the Events listing. The status banner should show Open for Registration.
2. Choose a ticket type, if the event has one. Some events offer several ticket types. Each shows its price — for example RM 20.00 — or Free when no fee applies. Tap the ticket type you want. Limited tickets also show how many are left.
3. Leave the quantity at 1 for yourself. You can raise it to register several people in the same order, but for a single registration one attendee is enough.
4. Continue to the registration form. Tap Continue to open the confirmation page.
5. Check your details. Your name and email come from your profile. Answer any questions the organiser added to the form, and enter a promo code if you have one.
6. Review the order summary. It shows your ticket type, the number of attendees, and the total — or Free when no fee applies.
7. Submit your registration. Confirm the details and submit the form.

Free and paid events

For a free event, your registration is confirmed right away and appears under My registrations with a ticket.

For a paid event, you still complete the same form first. Payment happens after you submit — see Paid events & payment for the full flow.

Note

Your confirmation email contains a link to your ticket. Keep it — the ticket shows the QR code you need for check-in. You can also reach the ticket any time from your registration under My registrations.

What happens after you submit

Your registration appears under My registrations on the Events page at https://pulse-ucare.my/events?tab=registrations. From there you can open your ticket, and transfer it if you cannot attend.

Two things can delay confirmation:

• Some events require approval. Your registration shows a Pending status until the organiser approves it. You receive an email once approved. See Events with approval.
• Paid events need payment. Your registration shows Payment required until your payment is confirmed.

If an event is fully booked, you may be able to join a waitlist from the event page instead. Pulse notifies you if a spot opens.
