Verify a certificate
Anyone can confirm that a Pulse certificate is genuine. Every certificate carries a serial number and a QR code, and both point to the same public record. No account is needed.
Verify with the QR code
Section titled “Verify with the QR code”- Scan the QR code. It sits on the certificate itself, printed or on screen.
- Read the result. The page opens on the public record and shows Valid with the holder name, the event, and the date it was issued.
Verify with the serial number
Section titled “Verify with the serial number”- Open the verification page. Go to pulse-ucare.my/verify.
- Key in the serial number. It is printed under the QR code on the certificate, in the form shown on the document.
- Submit and read the result. A valid serial shows the certificate record. Anything else shows why it could not be confirmed.
What the page shows
Section titled “What the page shows”- Valid when the record exists and has not been replaced. The holder name, event title and issue date come straight from the record, so they are what the organiser issued, not what the document in hand claims.
- Not valid when the serial does not exist in Pulse, or when the certificate has been replaced by a newer one for the same person and role. Replaced certificates are superseded, so only the current one verifies.
Replacing or correcting a certificate
Section titled “Replacing or correcting a certificate”Only the organiser can issue, replace or correct a certificate. If a name is spelled wrongly, or the wrong certificate was issued, contact the organiser and quote the serial number.
