Certificate eligibility
Certificates are issued per event by the event organiser, not by Pulse. Each event sets its own rules, so conditions can differ from one event to another. This page explains the typical conditions you can expect.
How eligibility works
Section titled “How eligibility works”The organiser decides who qualifies for a certificate and publishes it when it is ready. Pulse only provides the page where eligible participants download their e-certificate. Pulse does not decide who receives one.
Typical conditions
Section titled “Typical conditions”Most events use some or all of these conditions:
- You attended the event. Your attendance is recorded through check-in, when event staff scan the QR code on your ticket.
- Your registration was confirmed. Registrations that were cancelled or left pending may not qualify.
- The event has ended. Certificates usually become available only after the event finishes.
- The organiser published the certificate. The organiser controls when the certificate appears.
Keep in mind that conditions vary per event. An organiser may add other requirements, or issue certificates without all of the above. Check the event page or contact the organiser if you are unsure about a specific event.
