Approve registrations
Some events require approval before a registration is confirmed. When this is on, new registrations appear as pending until you review them.
This guide covers reviewing pending registrations from the organiser dashboard.
Why registrations stay pending
Section titled “Why registrations stay pending”You choose whether approval is required when you create the event. If it is, every registration waits in pending status. Pending registrations do not get a confirmed ticket until you approve them.
Review and decide on each registration
Section titled “Review and decide on each registration”- Open the event dashboard. Sign in at https://pulse-ucare.my, open your event page, and go to its dashboard.
- Open the registrations tab. Pending registrations are listed with the pending status.
- Open a registration. Check the participant’s details to decide.
- Approve or reject. Choose approve to confirm the registration, or reject to turn it down. You can also cancel a registration after it is confirmed if you need to.
- Repeat for the rest. Work through the pending list. Try to keep up with new requests so participants are not left waiting.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”When you approve or reject a registration, Pulse emails the participant automatically. Approved participants receive a confirmed ticket they can use at check-in.
Participants whose registration is rejected are not confirmed. If they still want to attend, they may be able to register again — this depends on how your event is set up, so tell them what to do next if they contact you.
